Black Panther Serves To Inspire In A World Built On Fantasy

Black Panther Fantasy

I hold my clenched fists across my heaved chest and as I summon the power of a thousand Afrakan warriors my arms become heavy like the hammer of the mighty Thor times two. I am ready to pound the hell out of every white racist and race destroying Black person that crosses my path. I know it’s just a fantasy but I feel exhilarated, inspired, and powerful. Now I’m ready to take on the world.

Every dream begins as fantasy, an exaggeration of the actual outcome. There is no explanation for it. That’s just the way the human mind works. But if you think that it’s foolish to dwell on fantasy, who can tell me that god is not a fantasy? Yet he/she/it is the key drivers of the human psyche, providing hope, inspiration, and courage to billions to alleviate their fears of a hostile world. God has been insufficient however therefore; Black people still continue to search for any form of inspiration we can find.

That is why when a movie like Black Panther comes along to offer inspiration in the form of a fantasy, Black people have responded with overwhelming support. In fact, I have never seen Black people all across the globe get so excited about a movie before. Like Trekkies or Star Wars fanatics who get dressed up in fan gear to attend a showing, Black Panther supporters came out in all sorts of Afrakan themed attire. The result is that the movie has now broken sales records in numerous countries and is predicted to become one of the top grossing movies of all time.

In the months prior to its premiere, anticipation for Black Panther never wavered, it grew bigger by the day, which was a good sign for its creators, Marvel and Disney, that they had a hit on their hands. Personally, after witnessing the blind obsession on social media over what I saw as no more than a fantasy, I wrote it off. My consciousness does not allow me to get swept up in consumerism, which is a factor in all movie and product debuts.

So here we are, a week after the premiere and Black Panther has actually lived up to the hype but even it wasn’t a good movie in terms of its entertainment value, just the representation of Afrakans in positive positions of power was good enough for most Black folks. A new term has even been coined called “Afro Futurism” to classify movies in which Black people are set in leading positions of power.

On the other hand, Black Panther has got every major news organization scrambling to understand its success. They are wondering how Black Panther, a lesser known figure in the Marvel Universe is able to outsell all other movies with major characters such as Iron Man, X-Men, Thor, Spider Man, Captain America, and Avengers. Its success came because Black people were given a chance to Direct, Act, and create a story about us for us. The result is a product that inspires greatness within us.

Main-stream media is hearing from us how just seeing other Black people in positions of power is inspirational yet many of them are still confused. They say, “but it’s just a movie, a fantasy”. What they refuse to acknowledge is the power of inspirational figures even though they draw inspiration from statues and portraits of Jesus and movies about Super-man, James Bond, and Luke Sky-Walker.

Those inspirations make them feel that they can dictate the policies of the world, travel to the Stars, or become super sleuths that solve complected crimes. For us, Black Panther serves to inspire in a world built on fantasy. What world am I referring to? I’m not referring to the world of Wakanda; I’ am referring to the world we face every time we open our front doors.

What is the Purpose of My Life?

what's the purpose of your life?

What is the purpose of my life?

Before discovering the Dohgon I was on a personal quest to understanding the world and my purpose in it. In my quest I had read the Bible, dabbled in Islamic teachings, and used my secular education to compile an unreliable vision of the world around me. Fortunately, I was always a skeptical person so I always needed more proof to relieve doubts about everything I learned or experienced.

One of my greatest comforts was and still is Logic, or Common Sense, because it helps me to decipher my doubts. For instance; when religious people say a god created the world 6 thousand years ago. It is illogical because it doesn’t take into account the bones of Dinosaurs that can be Carbon dated to 65 million years ago.

My greatest psychological trauma was a perception that Afrakan people are primitive and lack the ability to develop self-sustaining, productive societies outside of the influence of Europeans and others. In actuality, my perception of reality had become tainted by the brainwashing effects of popular culture. Therefore, I judged based on a crooked, unwise ideologies that I developed through Religion and tainted education.

Upon discovering the wisdom of the Dohgon my Mind began to expand. I began to learn to develop a more reliable common denominator to depend on. I learned that history does not start with humans. That’s like counting starting from (one) while omitting (zero), the origin number. History begins with zero, the Spirit of the universe.

Spirit (Pure Dark Energy Waves) are abstract and cannot exist in the physical world therefore they manipulate matter using Forces such as Gravity, Electricity, and Magnetism. It was Spirit that created the physical world by transforming itself through a Permutation process. In doing so it also created Space/Time, as we know it. Spirit also created Life through the same process and trough Life it created Humans.

Observation: Wouldn’t that make Life a single entity, only diverse?

Spirit shows us examples of that (Single but Diverse) condition even in ourselves. The human body is a diverse collection of Cells and Organs, all working in accord for a greater purpose. If one organ fails, the Body is in jeopardy of dying. Life is similar in that Plants take in the Carbon Dioxide we exhale and produces the Oxygen we need to live.

Plants are also a vital link in the Food chain of Life. Many Plants need the Bees and other insects to transfer Pollen in the reproductive process between male and female Plants.

Some unwise and unethical Humans have decided to kill off the Bees and other insects with Pesticides so that they can sell genetically modified Plants to farmers. Now many species of Plants that used to depend in insects to flourish are in danger of extinction.

(Paradox of the Wise and Foolish) If I said that Life is a single entity working in accord for the greater good of the whole, why then do some people (the ignorant and unjust) persist in killing parts of the whole (like a Cancer)?

The Dohgon provided the answer again. The unjust are disconnected from Spiritual guidance because…

  • Their Pineal Glands have become Calcified so the Spirit cannot reach their Conscience.
  • Now they rely on Life to guide their Souls but Life only knows how to use reward mechanisms to drive human consciousness.
  • They function primarily to fulfill Desires, which in turn induces a constant pursuit of Happiness state.

Life isn’t about (Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness) as philosophers, politicians, and sociologists theorize. Life is about something completely different.

To find the answer we need to go back into history. We need to study the lives and cultural practices of our ancestors. It is said that in Dohgon culture, when two old friends meet on the road they exchange pleasantries for a prolonged period of time. But in western society we pass one another and say, “Hi, how are you?” without even expecting an answer. The question is the greeting.

This tells us that people cared about one another and their community. They put more emphasis on the happiness of others than on themselves. This psychological condition automatically expands to include the health of the whole community. Therefore, the purpose of my life is to help and protect the whole. None of this “survival of the fittest” individualistic stuff that is leaving most people depressed, lonely, and unwanted because they are either born at a disadvantage or they would rather not compete at all.

I am IntegRAl, a student of Dohgon Spirituality.

Beware of the Sex Dolls

sex doll

Beware of the Sex Dolls; they are unconscious tools of the mechanisms of Life.

Weak minded men all over the world are going crazy over the release of a new breed of ultra-realistic Sex Dolls. They see the use of Sex Dolls as a harmless way of satisfying their desires while relieving sexual stress. What they don’t know is that by giving in to their desires in such an unnatural way, they are compromising the strength of their minds to become tools of the mechanisms of Life.

Sex Dolls are not a new phenomenon. They have been around in various forms for decades. New manufacturing technology has now enabled the creation of Sex Dolls that are more life like in look and feel. Some even go beyond life-like to exaggerate the sexual attractiveness of the female form such as bigger Breasts and Butts. The goal of these new Sex Dolls is to increase and transform a person’s sexual desires into sexual addiction.

Aside from their repulsive nature, Sex Dolls appear to be no more than a harmless preoccupation of unethical men and women. However, if you understand Life like we do then you will know that Life will take you in any direction you want to go until death exhausts you. That is because Life is a single conscious entity which consists of the collective awareness of all the lifeforms on Earth. It uses mechanisms, primarily Desire, to drive the consciousness of its creations.

Unfortunately, without Spiritual guidance, your consciousness will always become corrupted by your Desires. In essence, people who will fulfil their sexual desires using Sex Dolls are Spiritually weak. They do not possess enough will-power to seek intimacy through the development of real human relationships. It is also indicative of the break down of society on a whole. An over-dependency on Desire has corrupted people to the point of selfishness.

Most people in society today say they no longer have time for relationships. Some people don’t want a relationship for fear of getting hurt emotionally. Some people cannot see beyond the desires of physical beauty so they reject ugly people though they may possess rich inner beauty. Then there are the youth who mostly lack the morals and self-discipline to control one iota of their hormone-soaked brains. They are the ones going crazy over Sex Dolls.

If you hate the idea of Sex Dolls I feel sorry for you because their prevalence and popularity is only going to increase. The desire for sex is only rivaled by the desire for money therefore, opportunity seekers will always seek to exploit the weaknesses in human nature. The only way to resist the mechanisms of Life is to build your moral fortitude through your conscience as directed by the Spirit of the universe.

Common Misconceptions About Black Consciousness

black consciousness misconceptions

I see many people on social media who after exhibiting some level of participation in various discussions on the problems facing Black people, get frustrated and lash out against Black Consciousness. They begin to classify all “so-called conscious” people under the same category as if all Black Conscious people are the same. All it does is expose their own level of consciousness to reveal that they never started becoming conscious from the inside first.

First of all, Black Consciousness is not an organization or something to join. Black Consciousness is all about self-improvement by acquiring knowledge about all things including yourself, your history and the way the world works. By increasing your knowledge, you will be able to understand and work to conquer the problems that hinder your personal happiness and the happiness of the people you have a bond with, which are your fellow Black people. All Black people who are seeking to raise their level of consciousness should understand what Black Consciousness is not.

Black Consciousness was started by Ghetto Scholars on Social Media. No, Black Consciousness is not a “Johnny come lately” concept started by Ghetto Scholars. The modern incarnation of Black Consciousness is only a continuation of a movement that began post-slavery with people like Frederick Douglas, Booker T Washington, Marcus Garvey, WEB Du Bois and many others. In the mid to late 19th century there was Rosa Parks, Malcolm X, Martin Luther King, Farrakhan, Steve Biko, Kwame Nkrumah, Nelson Mandela and many lesser known scholars who served to inspire the current generation of people a lot of us look to for leadership.

The term Black Consciousness was actually coined by Steve Biko of South Africa in the early 1970s. Biko and other politically active students formed a Black student organization in their university to address the extreme brutality of Apartheid. Through his writings Steve Biko proved that the Pen is mightier than the Sword and that conscious thought is more powerful than violent confrontation. Biko was a very intelligent man who used his pen to metaphorically stab at the conscience of white South Africans. Unfortunately, in 1977 he was killed by the wicked Apartheid security forces. Although Apartheid ended in South Africa Biko is still a Martyr of inspiration for South Africans.

Personally, I first became familiar with the term “Consciousness” from Reggae music in my native country of Jamaica and later in the Hip-hop music of the 1980s. In Reggae music there are numerous sub-genres, one of which is still very powerful and that is Conscious Reggae. In this genre there is Bob Marley all the way up to Chronixx. Conscious Reggae is all about addressing corruption in society by providing inspiration through the music. In Hip-Hop Conscious Rap music addressed common injustices like poverty and police brutality. The message of Consciousness has always been there throughout our history of oppression, its up to us as individuals to take heed.

Black Consciousness is non-religious. Consciousness occurs when energy passing between nerves cells in the Brain generates a Mind field. Black Consciousness occurs when a Black person begins to rationalize about his or her condition and embarks on a mission to change it for the better. One of the most successful vehicles for self improvement is religion. I call religion a paradox tool because you cannot use it to help you if you know the truth about it and it helps you best when it induces you into having blind faith.

The key benefit of religion is self-discipline therefore, to maintain blind faith in the promise of eternal life after death is the ultimate exercise in self discipline. You begin to believe that even the evil things that are happening to you are simply tests of your faith so you persevere in your illusions. At some point however, you begin to see that its either too much to bear or its actually the Devil that’s oppressing you so you begin to fight back. Such were the cases of Malcolm X and Martin Luther King.

Isn’t it ironic that the two biggest examples of Black people fighting back against the unjust system of America were religion based? Both men used the self discipline that they gained from religion, one Islam, the other a Christian, to build such huge followings that they even emboldened other Black people to stand up and fight back against oppression. All religions are based on illusions but as was evident, they build self discipline which is a key characteristic required in Black Consciousness. Religious consciousness begins when Black religious leaders begin to use their influence to address social problems.

Black Consciousness is militant and violent. Some of us have the misconception that Black consciousness is about overthrowing “the system” by violent means. There’s nothing wrong with that if that’s the way you feel but be prepared to go all out. Violent revolutions have historically been the best way to bring about change in a corrupt society. You will need thousands of like minded people who are willing to die for the cause but don’t get frustrated when a majority of Black people will not join you.

It has little to do with being scared. Our problems are; we do not trust one another and we fear the consequences of acting due to a lack of knowledge and organization. The best solution to our dis-unity and confusion is a strong leader or a strong Spiritual inspiration. Unfortunately, there are no real Black leaders within the Black Conscious community and Black people are too Spiritually fragmented to fight for the ideals of a single god. Farrakhan came close but as is evident, his influence is on the decline.

When you overthrow the System what will you replace it with? All systems are not Black and White. You may find inspiration in hating the White man but consider that there are many other corrupt systems in the world. Even in predominantly Black countries there is hate for authority which means that what you are really fighting for is personal Liberty. Just know that without a strong Conscience, personal Liberty will eventually lead to personal corruption and the corruption of others within the same society as your personal liberties collide with the liberties of others.

Everyone who claims to be conscious are really conscious. There are some people who use the concept of Black Consciousness for profit or fame. Beware of these people; they are not conscious, they are opportunists. A Conscious person is able to use his or her Mind to override the desires of his or her Brain. Read about Desire Dependency for a detailed explanation of this character trait. Truly conscious people are not hung up on Desire manipulating things such as Beauty, Sex, Drugs, Money, Fame, and Power.

Black Consciousness speaks for all Black people. Conscious individuals and organizations do not speak for all Black conscious people like the term Black Community does not indicate racial solidarity. To each his own so if you do not like the message that someone who professes to be Conscious is dispensing then move on. One of the ultimate goals of consciousness movement is to inspire every individual to become a leader in their own right. That way the movement doesn’t die with the death of a leader.

Black Consciousness is Leftist, Socialist, and Communist. There is a common misconception among many Black people that to be conscious means that you have to become a Socialist or a Communist. Furthermore, you have to give up your pursuit of wealth, higher education, family values, and the sanctity of Life itself to focus on the needs of the Black community. The problem with Socialism and Communism is that they are incompatible with the flaws of human nature therefore, they must be legislated or imposed on a society by a dictator in order to work.

Common sense dictates that you cannot force goodwill; it has to be Altruistic. Altruism is the concept of practicing kindness in all your interactions with others. Helping others has to come from your own Conscience and not someone forcing you to do it. The difference between Altruism and Socialism is that Altruism is a conscience builder that also extends to protect all aspects of Life, not just humanity. With Altruism a rich man will find it easier to help and support those in need out of the goodness of his heart.

What Is Black Consciousness?

Black Consciousness

What is Black Consciousness?

Black Consciousness is an active process by which Black people are endeavoring to achieve liberty in equilibrium with other races as we simultaneously increase our self awareness to keep pace with the collective awareness of humanity itself. In other words, Black Consciousness is either personal or universal psychological improvement according to our level and willingness to engage with the life process.

Consciousness is the mental state of being self aware and cognitive. Consciousness has also been appropriated by Black people to represent a person who has taken control of his/her life and choices for self improvement and to fight back against the man-made inequities in life. Black people have suffered greatly in this life, mostly due to our own inability to adapt to change in order to master adversity. Black consciousness is a classification of the process of our awakening.

Personal consciousness involves recognizing the obstacles that hinder our pursuit of liberty and happiness in life. Those obstacles may either be personal or external. Personal obstacles may include lack of confidence and self discipline while external obstacles may include racism and discrimination. External obstacles are out of our control and can only be dealt with by first addressing our internal obstacles.

Self-discipline and self-confidence are two of the most important characteristics that a Black person can possess. Self-discipline is the ability to use ones Mind to control ones Brain. Self-confidence is the ability to use ones Mind to conquer ones Fears. As is evident, both traits depend on the Mind therefore the development of a strong Mind is key to the development of one’s individual consciousness.

Universal Black consciousness involves unifying like-minded Black conscious people in an endeavor to achieve a condition of liberty and happiness for the Black race. Unfortunately, that has not been a very successful task to achieve due to the religious, political, cultural, and ideological divisions that exist within the Black race. Although our differences tend to keep us apart, they are very important to us as individuals. In fact, they are often what helped us to develop our self-discipline and self-confidence to a certain extent.

The key to developing universal Black consciousness therefore, is to find commonality between all the religious, political, cultural, and ideological factions within the Black race. All people want to be free and happy no matter where in the world they live. Those are our commonalities and until we as Black people learn to see beyond our differences our pursuit of consciousness will remain personal and non-universal.

Trump Part of a Racist Agenda

shit hole mind of a racist

Most people may not know it but Trump is a part of a racist agenda.

Trump has once again stepped into a proverbial “shit hole” by offending Black immigrants and people of color in America and around the world. Recently, while in a private meeting regarding setting new quotas for the intake of new immigrants and refugees, the self-righteous fascist, was said to have blurted out that America should focus on letting in people from Norway instead of “shit Hole” places like Afraka and Haiti. The leaked comment set off a wave of backlash from news media and his political opponents who have bombarded him by accusing him of being a racist.

The initial response from Trump and his butt kissers was the same as usual. They rebutted the accusations by suggesting that Black people are only angry because we don’t understand Trump’s America First philosophy while those who do, support him all the way. Then when Trump saw that the force of decency was overpowering his wall of defenses he Tweeted out that he was misquoted and didn’t say what he was alleged to have said. Unfortunately for Trump, conscience is a powerful force because a couple of his own Republicans came forward to confirm that they did hear him make the racist remarks about Afrakans and Haitians.

Although he continues to deny it, these new remarks from Trump are only the latest in a pattern that suggest Trump is indeed a racist. A racist is a person of one race who while in a position of power and influence discriminate against a person of another race. The determining factors as to whether someone is a racist or not are ultimately based on subjectivity and not objectivity. He can keep denying that he is a racist but his actions will always reveal his true character. One thing is certain, if Trump is not a racist then he is a racist sympathizer. Furthermore, his words and actions are clearly based on an ideology of White Supremacy.

White Supremacy is an ideological view of reality that is held dearly by some people of European decent in which they believe that the Caucasian race is the master race on the planet. They believe that they are superior to other races in every way including the building of prosperous civilized societies. Other races may join their societies but only as servants. In America today, White Supremacists believe that the health and vitality of America has been compromised by their own people who have deviated from the true ideology to become Liberal minded.

White Supremacists believe that over time Liberalism has only served to corrupt America by allowing Blacks and other races to flourish and gain access to the “American Dream”. And since Black people are a morally inferior race their freedom only serves as a corrupting force in society. The mandate of the White Supremacy movement therefore is to “make America great again” by implementing a series of mandates which include; taking back political and economic power from Liberals, removing undesirables from the country, limiting immigration from non-white countries, and re-establishing order within the country.

Trump himself may not feel as though he is a racist but he has found support for his power-hungry endeavors among White Supremacists. He may also feel that he is smart enough to walk the razors edge between his personal ambitions and indecency but no man is an Island. You cannot go around calling whole races and nations “shit hole” places to appease your supporters and not face the retribution of the other 85 to 95% of humanity. All Afrakans, people of color, and white people who endeavor to live using a higher level of Sanity must never be intimidated by the White Supremacist agenda.
