Virus outbreak at Sandals Bahamas not yet subsided

NASSAU, Bahamas — New details are emerging about management failures in relation to the ongoing stomach virus outbreak at the Sandals Royal Bahamian resort in Nassau, Bahamas, as reported last week, which is said to be the largest viral outbreak to date on any cruise ship, leisure or tourism based operation in The Bahamas

Visitors have now claimed to have contracted the virus as far back as late July, although initial reports of the mass sickness only surfaced during the last few days.
