“It’s important to change the narrative in Africa,” says Vani Nadarajah, director of admissions at the African Leadership University (ALU) School of Business.

The one thing that can never be overestimated about Africa is its potential. But the one thing that can never be underestimated is its diversity: best practice in Nigeria, for example may be a fatal mistake in say, South Africa.
