UNL’s African Poetry Book Fund celebrates 5th anniversary | Arts & Entertainment

The University of Nebraska-Lincoln is constantly finding new ways to celebrate diversity. The African Poetry Book Fund, an organization aimed at promoting the writing and publication of African poetry, is celebrating its fifth anniversary and highlighting its contributors’ hard work with an interactive exhibit, available all week at Love Library.   

According to Lorna Dawes, the primary consultant for the African Poetry Libraries, the African Poetry Book Fund is a project that works to promote and advance the development and publication of the poetic arts.
