Subway employee calls cops on black family, claiming that they were putting soda in water cups


A Georgia restaurant owner says he is investigating after an employee called 911 on a black family who had stopped for dinner during a vacation.

Felicia and Othniel Dobson, stopped at a Subway in Coweta County, Georgia, Subway on Monday for dinner with their four children and Felicia’s little sister.

While there, an employee called the police on the family who had been returning to their home in Winston, North Carolina, after celebrating their grandmother’s birthday.
