TEGUCIGALPA, Honduras — Honduras President Juan Orlando Hernández has announced the addition of El Salvador to the Northern Triangle Customs Union, in conjunction with Guatemalan president, Jimmy Morales, and Salvadoran president, Salvador Sánchez Cerén.
