School Girls; Or, the African Mean Girls Play to Return Off-Broadway This Fall

MCC Theater will present a limited return engagement of Jocelyn Bioh’s critically acclaimed School Girls; Or, the African Mean Girls Play at the Lucille Lortel Theatre this fall. Tony winner Rebecca Taichman will return to direct the production, with performances set to begin October 16.

The show is set to officially open at MCC October 22 and will run through November 25. Casting will be announced shortly.

School Girls received a critically acclaimed world premiere from MCC last fall, marking actor and playwright Bioh’s professional playwriting debut.
