LYNN HAVEN – The City of Lynn Haven invites the public to celebrate Black History Month during a special program Tuesday at the start of a regularly scheduled City Commission meeting.

The celebration will start at 6 p.m. at the Lynn Haven City Chambers, 108 East 9th Street, and feature guest speakers and musical performances. Mayor Margo Anderson and the Lynn Haven City Commission will also be there to celebrate African-American contributions to the city and Bay County.
