Lawsuit filed in St Lucia by former PM against citizenship-financed project

CASTRIES, St Lucia — Opposition member of parliament and former prime minister, Dr Kenny Anthony, has confirmed that his lawyers have filed a claim in the High Court against the government of Saint Lucia for entering into agreements with Desert Star Holdings Ltd, also known locally as “DSH”, for the construction of a new horse-racing facility and residential enclave to be financed by the country’s citizenship by investment programme.
