INCHEON, South Korea — On Monday, the second day of the 2018 World Peace Summit in Incheon, South Korea, during the fourth annual World Alliance of Religions Peace (WARP) gathering, sponsored by Heavenly Culture, World Peace, Restoration of Light (HWPL), some 600-plus high level politicians, diplomats, religious figures, civil society leaders and media representatives from around the world gathered to sign a historic resolution in support of the initiative for the WARP Summit, 2018 and to advance the intention of having the ten-article “Declaration of Peace and Cessation of War” (DPCW) points adopted by the United Nations:
