Grenada Resort is Latest Caribbean All-Inclusive to Bump Commission


Spice Island Beach Resort, an all-inclusive hotel in Grenada, recently announced that it has increased its travel agent commission to 15 percent on all reservations booked directly with the property or through the GDS system.

Other Caribbean all-inclusive resorts to recently bump agents’ commission include Warwick Paradise Island—Bahamas in Nassau and Curtain Bluff in Antigua. Spice Island Beach Resort was previously offering agents a 12 percent commission.

In November, the adults-only, all-inclusive Warwick Paradise Island—Bahamas increased its travel agent commission structure offered on bookings made through the resort’s website, using their GDS or by calling the resort direct.
