Governor Desantis to select three new Florida Supreme Court justices

One of Governor DeSantis’ most important decisions will be naming three new justices to the Florida Supreme Court.

Three justices face mandatory retirement on Tuesday.

The three justices are some of the more liberal justices who have decided cases that went against the Republican-controlled legislature.

DeSantis is expected to give the state’s highest court a conservative makeover.

Democrats including Senator Lori Berman have some concerns.
