Chris Rock to Play Mob Boss in Season Four – Rolling Stone

FX announced that its acclaimed Coen Brothers-inspired anthology series Fargo will return for a fourth season starring Chris Rock. Production on Noah Hawley’s dark comedy begins in 2019, with Rock on board to star as a 1950s mob boss.

“I’m a fan of Fargo and I can’t wait to work with Noah,” Rock said in a statement.

The network also provided a synopsis for the upcoming season, which rewinds the anthology’s loosely connected narrative by nearly 60 years:
