Caribbean Premier League 2018: David Warner flops in Steve Smith CPL match

DAVID Warner’s Caribbean Premier League campaign has come crashing back down after a second-ball duck against Steve Smith’s Barbados Tridents.

Warner had briefly returned to form following an unbeaten 72-run innings for St Lucia Stars against Trinbago Knight Riders on Friday.

But he failed to back up the performance on Saturday, edging one through to the wicketkeeper’s gloves off the bowling of West Indies’ Jason Holder. Warner has been dismissed for a duck three times in his last nine T20 matches.
