Caribbean Plan 2018 begins in Cartagena and Valledupar

In the Torices, Pie del Cerro, Espinal, Lo Amador, Nariño, Loma Fresca, Pablo VI-I, Paraíso II and República del Caribe neighborhoods, the Superintendence of Residential Public Services (Superservicios) begins this Tuesday, May 15, the Plan Choque Caribe (PCC) in the capital of the department of Bolívar and in Valledupar, through which it seeks to solve the main needs and concerns of the inhabitants of the seven departments of the Caribbean coast, as opposed to the provision of electric power services, aqueduct, sewerage, toilet and fuel gas.
