Caribbean News – This Naturalized US Citizen And Caribbean National Has Been Indicted For Bribery

News Americas, WASHINGTON, D.C., Thurs. Nov. 1, 2018: A Caribbean national and naturalized U.S. citizen has been indicted by the U.S. Justice Department for conspiring to bribe senior government officials in the Republic of Haiti.

Roger Richard Boncy, 74, a tourism promoter, who resides in Madrid, Spain, has been charged in a superseding indictment filed in the District of Massachusetts with one count of conspiracy to violate the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, (FCPA) and the Travel Act; one count of violating the Travel Act, and one count of conspiracy to commit money.
