News Americas, NEW YORK, NY, Fri. Dec. 7, 2018: Caribbean leaders and members of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) wrapped up a two-day meeting this week with a new declaration that promises to include a new category of workers to those who can move freely and seek employment within the Community.

Under the St Ann’s Declaration on the CARICOM Single Market and Economy, (CSME), agricultural workers, beauty service practitioners, barbers and security guards will now be considered as skilled nationals.
