Last year, twenty-three African countries signed Single African Air Transport Market agreement in Addis Ababa, on the sidelines of the African Union Summit. This was also re-echoed recently with the recent launch. Although, the agreement is expected to bring down Airfare in the African countries. These are countries who are parties to the agreement through free access to airports for airlines, from the countries who signed the deal. But stakeholders have different views.
