Art exhibit showcased at Zion Hill Baptist Church in Cuba


CUBA, Ala. (WTOK) – The ‘Invisible Nation’ art exhibition is on display at Zion Hill Baptist Church in Cuba. A grant from the Black Belt Foundation made this exhibit possible.

“The stipulations of the grant was to introduce the children to visual arts, and so we decided to make our children aware of the many contributions that African Americans have made to the building of the country and teach them about their culture and the culture of the African,” says Gwendolyn Moore Delaine, the vice president of Zealous Helpers Building Character Community Development Corporation.
