OECD TARGETS PASSPORT PLANS

The organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) has held a series of consultations and issued a document detailing the possible drawbacks of citizenship-by investment schemes.

The OECD warned countries that woo wealthy foreigners by offering them citizenship could provide “a back-door to money-launderers and tax evaders”.
